Allow me the opportunity to yet again THANK YOU and your staff for everything you have done for my mom over the years. It was a burden I know that I was not capable of dealing with. So having the knowledge that she was in the best care possible was always something I really appreciated.

The entire staff at Kendrick house all contributed enormously to her wellbeing and I know she loved you all as well.

To all staff at Kendrick House: When my mom moved to Kendrick House in 2015 because she needed more assistance, many were worried that she wouldn’t adjust. Despite several health setbacks over the past few years, however, our family has been so relieved to see how much she’s grown to love the staff and how much they obviously care about her. During the pandemic staff members went beyond the call of duty to assist her in attending several important meetings using electronic devices – something that would’ve been impossible without their sincere interest and patient attention. Thank you, Kendrick, for helping us to make sure our mom is looked after in her twilight years.

It is with mixed feelings that I tender one months notice on behalf of my Mom, Cynthia Grace. We all feel that Mom’s health has improved so much that she needs a little more independence. Please know that the kindness and tender care she received at Kendrick House will never be forgotten. We sincerely hope that should she need to, she could return to Kendrick House

To all at Kendrick House I would like to sincerely thank the Manager and her team – the nursing, housekeeping and kitchen staff (and don’t forget the gardener) – for all their love, kindness and caring that they displayed to Ma, and all, who stay in this fine home. Our mother really came out of her shell, as it were, when she came here and it was amazing to see how she made friends and enjoyed herself. The happiness here shows on everyone’s faces, and for that we salute you, Kendrick House.

I wanted to send you a note to thank you and the staff of Kendrick House in particular the nursing staff.  Mom has been with you for 6 months now and as things go, one always wonders if you have done the correct thing.  Well, all my doubts were put to bed on Friday evening when she told me that when she dies and people ask me what she died of, I should answer “she laughed too much”.  Thank you to especially the nursing staff who make sure that her every need is seen too and that she is happy and comfortable. I know that she is not always the easiest person, but I have not had any complaints from her about the care she receives at Kendrick House.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! Kendrick House is made up of so many moving parts, and each part working to keep the whole working in just perfect order.
